Return Policy - Unused Jiffy Journal Books returned within 7 days after receipt will be refunded.  The Voice Video will not be refunded.  Refund issued to original form of payment.   Returns can be shipped to 23 Davenport Ave., Greenwich, CT. 06830.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
